Pedagogical Principles of Our School
Our staff work according to the following principle:
We consider the school as a " second home" of our students, so
respecting the children's identities we
-encourage them to organise their school life
-consider the individual abilities
-make them acquainted with the school demands
-support their school work and pay attention to their problems
-create friendly relations with them.
In our school the most important aim is to develop the
students' skills through giving them up to date knowledge. We are
to bring up the children in a morally, mentally and physically
healthy way.
Our main principles are the following:
-development of the basic skills and personality traits of the
children,
-giving them basic knowledge in the field of society, arts,
science and technology, which can be used in their everyday life,
-encouraging an open minded attitude towards the everyday aspects
of their life,
-teaching them the personal methods of effective learning,
-teaching them the respect of knowledge and hard work,
-showing them the correct way of human behaviour and tolerance,
-teaching them the respect for the individual and the community,
and the acceptance of other cultures,
-showing them the norms of communication,
-making them acquainted with the events of our national culture, the
outstanding figures of our history and the national traditions.
In order to take part in the the life of the district we:
-have close relationship with the parents and families of the
children,
-we have a good partnership with the surrounding schools,
-our students represent us in the programs of the district,
-our school life, activities and results are public.
We support the following:
-the children's behaviour according to the norms of the society
and the community,
-discipline, hard work,
-creativity, interest, expressiveness, open-mindedness, problem
solving attitude,
-knowing and respecting the culture and mother tongue of our
nation, the values of our environment and the universal culture
and traditions of other nations,
-polite behaviour and communication, cooperation,
-respect for parents, staff, school mates,
-rich emotional life,
-accepting others' points of view,
-preserving their mental and physical health,
-like of sports,
-taking care of the environment.
